The founder of IBBIL Computers: a foremost ICT (Information, Communication and Technology) industry with over 200 workers in its employ, and with imprints across Nigeria. He served as a legislative member of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly in 1987.

Prof. Charles Uko is a first-rate scholar of the University of Leeds, UK, with specialty in Civil Engineering.
A member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the American Concrete Institute. He has both served as the Vice President of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) between 2013 and 2016, and Deputy Vice Chancellor (ADMIN) of the University of Uyo in 2011/2012.

Mr. David Okpon is a proud alumnus of the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria.
A businessman with over twelve years of experience in developing, implementing and managing complex projects in Oil and Gas industry, and seven years experience in training, development and delivery, motivation and team building in leadership.
Had a stint with the Aiteo Global Group, Nigeria, and served as a managing director, G-HAUL, Lagos (1996-2003).

Prof. Emmanuel Akpabio is a human geographer with a social science background. A Commonwealth scholar, Lancaster, UK (2004-2006)
Has served as a British Academy Fellow to Newcastle University, UK, in 2008, a visiting Professor to Kyoto University, Japan under the JSPS programme (2013-2015), a visiting scientist to the Scottish Government Water Industry Team at Edinburgh, and as a research Associate, African Studies Centre, University of Oxford (2014).
Currently the International Associate, UNESCO Centre for Water Law, Policy and Science, Dundee, UK, and a life fellow, International Water Resources Association.

Eme Eteke is a social worker with strong passion for human capital development. Her interest in advocacy, awareness creation and campaign against injustices in education is unparalleled. She has a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
She enjoys administering leadership by service, and working to contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of systems geared at improving the quality of education, especially in Africa.
Her involvement in WaSH services sponsored her participation at the XVIII World Water Congress in Beijing, China (2023). She authors My Career-My Future: a career guidance book approved for secondary school students, and coordinates WaSH Club in schools across Akwa Ibom State, in Nigeria.
